Julie and Luke… where do I begin? If you’re around them for more than 5 seconds (and as you can see in the photos), you know they’re totally in love with each other. What you can’t really tell from the photos, though, is how much they care about all of the people in their lives. It doesn’t matter if you’re family, friend or even their wedding photographer… talking with them makes you feel special.
Speaking of special, their wedding day was truly a special day. The weather was just about the best you could ask for and the foliage in Boulder Canyon was full of fall colors. There were so many personal touches sprinkled throughout their wedding day that paid homage to family who could not attend (diamonds from Luke’s grandmother’s wedding ring are set in Julie’s rings and lace from Julie’s grandmother’s bouquet was wrapped around her bouquet) or guests who were there in person (look at those escort cards!), it made the day feel less about Julie and Luke’s relationship with each other and more about their relationship with everyone at the wedding. And I think this is exactly the kind of people Julie and Luke are.
