It’s only a little over one week into the Trump presidency and every single day I’ve been asking myself “What can I do to help?” There are so many groups of people in this country who are scared, whose lifestyles and beliefs are under threat, whose jobs and livelihoods could disappear… how can I help these people?
As a photographer, one skill that I have is telling stories with images. There are, and will be, many stories that people need to hear over the coming months and years. If I can help to get your voice and your story heard by more people, I want to help you.
If you belong to a community that feels scared and threatened by what the next four years means to you and those you love, and you think that my photography can help you, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. If you are a person working to protect our communities or environment and you think that my photography can help you, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I am happy to do as much pro bono work as is possible and offer competitive rates to non-profit organizations for larger projects.
What could this help look like?
– Photography at events, rallies, or fundraisers
– Headshots for people running for political office
– Promotional photos for non profits or small businesses
– Wedding photography for LGBTQ couples who are worried their right to get married might get taken away
